Green Coffee Screening
Vedan offers green coffee defect screening and repacking services.
Our professional screening machines are equivalent to those used in the coffee origins. For our screening process, the green coffee beans passes through 5 levels of screening:
 
1.Wind Sifter  :Removes dust; scans and separates based on kernel size.
2.Magnetic Sifter  :Absorbs metal and dirt.
3.Destoner  :Removes debris.
4.Gravity Filter  :Removes quakers, chipped beans, and   unhulled beans.
5.Color Filter  :Effectively separates insect damaged,   fungus infested, and faded beans
After screening, we repack the green coffee beans accordingly.
